Before you book
What happens on a discovery chat?
It is a relaxed 20-minute conversation online. You tell Nura where you are and what you hope for. She listens, asks a few questions and suggests one clear next step, such as a free resource, a webinar, a Circle or a longer session. There is no fee and no pressure.
Can I bring my business partner?
Yes. Write their name and role in the message box, so Nura knows who she will meet. If you would like your whole team there, choose the Team AI roadmap.
Do you meet in person?
Yes. The strategy session can be in person in Kuala Lumpur, and the team roadmap can be at your office. The discovery chat is online. Choose how you would like to meet in the form, and Nura will confirm the place in her reply.
What if I need to reschedule?
Plans change, and that is fine. Reply to the email that confirmed your session and suggest two new times. Nura will find another time with you.
Do I need to know about AI first?
No. Sessions start from where you are, even if you have never used an AI tool. Bring your work and your questions. That is enough.
Can we talk in Malay?
Yes. Sessions can be in Bahasa Melayu, in English, or a mix of both. Say which you prefer in your message.
Is my information private?
We ask only for what we need to arrange your session. The box for news from us is never ticked for you. The Privacy Notice explains how your details are kept and used.
